Hopkinton has a simple educational trick, to make their schools exemplary, and discourage any spy from another town, attempting to steal the system (therefore, the spy destroys any system attempting to replicate Hopkinton that doesn’t reimburse the town for using their patented system, from the town founder’s friendship with Metacomet).
Each child, in kindergarten, sits in a circle, multiple times per class, with a single child present that has glasses at a kindergarten level.
Everyone is asked, ‘which child is different’.
The antisocial child, has been coached, and responds that the child with glasses is different, impossible at that developmental level. They are placed in a Hollywood writing program, to ‘boot’ them.
The child with glasses in kindergarten, becomes a town leader without realizing it, and is an unofficial hall monitor, the rank never practiced, as illegal.
Every other child, will induce a psychotic break, in anyone attempting to observe them, particularly in their own age range.
If a child that’s attempted to observe, with the psychotic break, attempts to sell the system, the system is ‘dumped’; all dossiers of the system, are collected, for one term of office of the ‘fail’, the townie leadership from children graduated and offered land rights to town businesses.
The dossiers are then turned into extracurriculars, for corporate influence in town, to host clubs, to counteract the dossier information, growing the town’s schools.
