A psychiatrist, is a clergy empowered to perform medical evaluations without nursing or doctorate training (requiring 7 years for official nursing training, and a lifetime of marijuana use prior, without athletics to make them aggressive, so they can listen rather than order, the prior alleviating anxiety, the latter inducing themselves into a psychotic break).
They operate media networks for the military body, selecting intelligent individuals that refuse a simple ploy that is however beyond the view of both individuals, the one initiating being the bully victim, the sociopath, and the one spotting and returning with retort after breaking ranks being the police brutality victim, the psychopath.
The sociopath, is then placed as a teacher, professor, or lawyer, eventually all three (a political aide to a depressive disorder, a politician), and the psychopath is placed on mental enhancers, to induce psychopathic intellect at genetically spotted rare lines, to produce media material with them.
This is then currymandered into the news, journalism, town, religious house, campus, and entertainment networks, to duplicate them; unless they’ve deliberately set up their own test, then it’s a spy from a foreign country, an alliance. Without alliance, war instead, it’s a defeat for the country, and a subjugation by an ally of the enemy power.
