James Madison, to become a US President, ran on the Maritime Naval Act, as his platform. Taking an Irish lesbian into his confidence, of the “banshee” line (shared in descent from Madison, by Axel Rose), Jeannette McCullem (an American Lodge register, 1/16th Iroquois as the mark of nomenclature), he elected upon a female homosexual’s insight into law.
Besides being the inventor of the famous “French maid” lingerie, Jeanette McCullem elected on the Naval Maritime Law. A clay pot had to be saved, with a serial number marked token in it, plus the name of the sailor, to any merchant leaving fleet from an American port. The insight, was that a pedophile, wanted to steal your identity, through conscription, to move to your home or place of repute, in order to molest children, women, and men, under your moniker. Any lesbian has this insight, having been created by one.
Thus, we have our first anti-draft law, wherein the returning sailor, would have only a single identity, hence if the sailor had been drafted and his name replaced, he would have to match his serial number with his home deed account of title, where he was born in township, where people recognized his physical face. The draft of sailors by British and French was soon revealed. America, however, preferred the French, who brought a woman with them, to contribute to American society, versus British, who only brought a book of police codes.
Hence the War of 1812.
Now, the myth, is that America capitulated, with the treaty to end the war.
But Britain, didn’t demand the law be removed from Congress, on American docks policy.
In America, the President has no power over law, only Congress, and the courts have no power over law, only procedure.
Meanwhile, the crime of credit theft and fraud, remains palpable, proof that the Maritime Act remains, plus the lack of importance to the so-called “credit score”, the result of a stolen identity, since your serial number has to be arranged with a deed of land to the hospital of birth, given by proof of dental records, foot prints as an infant (not an adult), and of course the most famous, the finger print upon arrest to verify license, if there is a suspicion of theft of license, with a police badge for you and a clearance of fine or penalty in this case.
Just ignore the films. The British made them, with their books full of obscure police codes.
