Dictum: The terms of a war from two sides of alliance as identified by press.

Scenario: The various terms a war can be fought in from identification of technology.

NGO: The non-governmental organization as rally to side with one alliance.

Nation: The state determining if they are supported by NGO, war or slur.

Culture: The group charged with the actual work of the war, the non-manifesto.

Example:

Dictum: Allied vs. Axis, WW2.

Scenario: Full battlefield engagement, espionage forces against production.

NGO: The Vatican.

Nation: The Jewry and England, quarrelling, through Germany, indefensible terrain, hedged by Russia and Spain.

Culture: The Arabs, the Jewry, and the Vatican, Ireland.
