The Tarot, is a key element, of methods used in teaching safe cities and country.
It’s a set of six cards, removing the illegal seventh, with six cards always assigned, no matter which cards are shown. There are a number of patterns, to defeat the seventh card, the blank card, which is the gang leader.
There are two types of charge, narcotics or vice, never to be crossed. Taking a narcotics, and placing them as a rat charge (a gang leader in the making, from another gang leader), is the seventh card.
To understand the prison system first, we have three potential inmates in a men’s prison. The brawler (narcotics), the false claim (vice), and the gang head (narcotics accused on vice). The brawlers and false claims, alone, will be peaceful, but the gang heads, will beat the vice, and the brawlers, will fall into line. A brawler, has to be placed into a cell, with a gang head, so the gangs, can’t move the vices and narcotics, first vices (bitches), then narcotics (rats), into a prison population where eventual release, repeats the same game.
Hence, the Tarot has to be taught, in the following pattern set of three, with a matching set of three as consequence, and a stacking build from the stripe of six.
Hanged Man (offender), Tower (prison), Moon (capture). This means, you need something, you come to the city, I’m the priest. This descends, from an exemplary citizen (cop joins the force, he figured out the game prematurely), a law-abiding citizen (ideal case, they support the tax base and the prison), and mobster (there is a bad citizen nearby, they need to play the second half, the other three, to avoid the blank seventh, the rat charge).
Lovers (informant), Clown (petty charge), Hierophant (reform). This means, the bad citizen, is flipped into an informant by the Tarot player, gets taken on a petty charge by the Tarot player, or reforms as a citizen by the Tarot player. The mobster will take the informant, bust the petty charge, or get pulled out of crime by the Hierophant.
This is not as simple as it seems, since there are additional relationships.
The blank card, will attempt to take the mobster out of the informant, clear the petty charge, or take the hierophant out of reforming, with additional rat charges, to fill the prison with friends. They will try to place the ideal citizen, against the informant, sell wares to the ideal citizen in a brokerage, or push the reformed citizen back into crime with others on the table. They will try to take the cop, and get them to place a mobster charge on themselves, get them to comply with a rat charge on an ideal citizen to break the board, or frame the reformed and disrupt the prison with a punk (a dead card).
The blank card, will attempt to put the cop in politics to make themselves a card (a seven board), put an ideal citizen on the force to take a card off the table (a five board), or put a mobster into the position of a dead card (a crazy eight). They will try to place a reformed across from a mobster to force a family (a cross of the ideal citizen and the petty charge, a suit), link a petty charge with an ideal citizen to create adultery (moving in one to the top or bottom, a number), or take the cop and place them into an informant to create a corrupt agent (a muck, the deck has to be restacked).
The purpose of a seven board, is to make the rat charge, an institution in town. The purpose of the five board, is to create a homicide investigation. The purpose of a crazy eight, is to create a public controversy. The purpose of the suit, is for a victim child to join an organization. The purpose of a number, is for a domestic disturbance to create a potential purchaser. The purpose of a muck, is for a broker, to redeal the cards, in a new Tarot meaning.
Again, the cards played on the table, have a symbol, that does not match the actual cards used every time, in terms of translation, when teaching. Hence, a narcotics charge, never touches a vice charge. If you plant a narcotics charge, on a vice charge, you have a ‘go fish’, meaning, the Tarot is meaningless, you’ve spotted a blank card (a rat charge has been confirmed on the spun card, someone in the first column with the second column as attempt – you figure out who collected the narcotics bust on vice, you spotted your blank, the Queen).
