May 2003: David Michael Charlebois is arrested for possession of a class D substance, marijuana.
June 2004: David Michael Charlebois takes the first offender’s plea, for a first time marijuana arrest, a law cleared by state legislature, with support of state police.

August 2004: Hopkinton Police Department charges David Michael Charlebois, with evading arrest, for moving to a different town; meanwhile, his court charge is clear, probation completed (three months probation, fifty hours community service, logged with the state police and the state courts).
June 2004: Local mercenary undercover informants, attempt to arrest David Michael Charlebois, however he leaves the location of arrest, since they were threatening sexual assault in a German anti-Semitic manner, without indicating they were police.
Summation: Hopkinton state police, felt they knew the law better than the state legislature, state courts, or state police, since the law wasn’t convenient to them, in wording or leniency offered to marijuana offenders, since marijuana offenders are liable to be homicidal to anti-Semites, and the present case bearing was held in a time of expansion of relations between the United States and Israel.
Present Day, 2021: Brian Herr still hunts David Michael Charlebois, for community support to his platform, enhancement of militia patrols by sales of AR-15 Colt Commando rifles (the M-16) to temporary vigilance patrols in Middlesex County, to prevent courts, lawyers, and legislators from misunderstanding law as police that prefer to enforce it in a particular manner, instead of allowing it enforced by the county law enforcement authorities (the judges), the legal prosecutor’s and defense and civil liability firms (the lawyers), and the probation services (the social workers).
